CCFB Volunteer of the Year
Mr. Luke Allen was presented the Volunteer of the Year by President Janet McCabe as a result of his volunteer participation and leadership provided through the Ag Literacy Team, Gala emcee and Ag Education. The nominators’ application said “ Luke has provided support, mentorship and expertise to the Cook County Farm Bureau Ag Literacy Team, actively supporting CCFB programs to achieve our mission and vision for the Ag community, Ag Literacy and beyond…Luke single-handedly planned and FFA national convention bus trip to bring students from Cook County who did not have transportation and would not have otherwise been able to attend”.
