K-12 Custom Educational Programs

High school, middle school, after school, home school...we can create a unique agricultural literacy presentation just for you! As always, our programming is absolutely FREE!

From agricultural careers to robotics and technology, Ag in the Classroom is shifting gears to help you teach virtually. Contact us today and we will customize a virtual visit to your classroom.

For libraries, Ag in the Classroom focuses on children and family programming (we use the phrase “elementary-aged children and their families”), and we can present on any agricultural topic. In the past, topics we have presented about have included seed germination, apples and pumpkins, corn, trees, tacos, ag transportation, ag careers, and farm animals.

Our programs are typically 1 hour in length and feature learning/teaching, a craft and STEM hands-on activity, a story-time, and a snack.

For each library program, we ask libraries for a $50 donation to the Cook County Farm Bureau Foundation to continue our ag literacy mission.
