Chocolate Chip Cranberry Bread

Ingredients:
2 c all-purpose flour
1 ½ t baking powder
½ t baking soda
¼ t salt
1 c sugar
½ c orange juice
¼ c water
1 large egg
2 T melted butter
1 c almonds, finely chopped
1 c fresh cranberries , finely chopped
1 c white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar In a large mixing bowl combine orange juice, water, egg, and butter. Add the flour mixture and mix Until everything is well blended. Stir in the almonds, cranberries and white chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 9 by 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from pan and cool on cooling rack. Makes 1 loaf, serves 8 to 10 slices.
