3 lg eggs

2 c whole milk

1 lb bacon

1 T salt

1t black pepper

2 T flour

5.5 lb potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russett)

4 med size onions (Vidalia sweet onion)

butter for baking dish 9x13

Grate potatoes and 2 onions with zesting side of the grater. Nutri Bullet can be used if a baker is not up to a challenge to use a manual grater. Brown the other 2 onions with bacon in the frying pan. Once it is nice and crisp mix with grated potatoes. Then pour boiling milk into the mixture. Mix well. Add the eggs, salt, pepper and flour. Pour the mixture into buttered baking dish. Heat oven to 375°F and bake 60 min. The edges should be browned, and the top should be a golden color.
