Day One, June 11: Board the charter bus and ride in comfort to our first stop, Green Era Campus, then to Gary Comer College Prep for a student-led tour of their Urban Agriculture program. with a final stop at the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry to explore their new Farm Tech exhibit. Admission, lunch, and bus trip included.

 

Day Two, July 14: Illinois Ag in the Classroom staff will bring their educational expertise to the Cook County Farm Bureau office. Guest speakers will include Stihl Technology Education and University of Illinois College of ACES, and of course, Cook County Ag in the Classroom. Enjoy fast-paced lessons, STEAM activities, and lots of giveaways to take back to your classroom. Lunch provided.

 

  • Earn 8 PDCHs/CPDUs each day
  • Members $50 per day, $75 for both days
