Cook County Farm Bureau Welcomes Volunteers
Cook County Farm Bureau® is a member driven organization. Members are at the heart of the organization and are at the heart of every decision made by the Board of Directors.
We want to take a moment and welcome you not only as a member but hopefully as a volunteer with the county’s largest general farm organization! By volunteering you’re not only adding value to the association, you’re also meeting and working with other individuals who share a common interest: agriculture and the healthy food grown and raised by local farmers.
As an organization we’re striving to create opportunities that are both personally fulfilling for volunteers and members and provide mission-related outcomes for the Farm Bureau. Volunteer opportunities range from serving on various committees to assisting at events, preparations for events, serving on task forces, or even joining us for focus groups on a variety of topics. Volunteer opportunities vary in timing as well as time commitment in the hopes that there’s an opportunity for everyone who wishes to become involved. As an organization we are striving to have a diverse and inclusive pool of volunteers.
