Must be a member paid in good standing to enter.
Entry form can be mailed to the office, faxed to 708-579-6056, emailed to [email protected], or you can go to www.cookcfb.org to enter under the Membership section. One entry per member; entries received will be submitted for a chance at all drawings and will automatically rollover to the following day’s drawings, if not selected.
