Pets, Livestock, and Horses Photo Contest
Submit photos of animals, including pets, livestock, and horses. Win one of three cash prizes in three different categories.
Program Rules
Win One of Three Cash Prizes.
Winners will be featured in the July Co-Operator and winners will receive a cash prize in each category.
First place: $100 | Second place: $75 | Third place: $50 | All entries receive one complimentary movie voucher (limit one per member)

Eligibility:
1. Cook County Farm Bureau® members in good standing.
2. This is an amateur contest. Professional photographers are not eligible. For purposes of this contest, an amateur photographer is one who practices photography as a hobby and earns less than $1,000 a year from photographic activities.
3. Judging committee members are not eligible to participate.
Judging:
1. Entries will be judged after June 5.
2. Photos will be judged on creativity and composition.
3. All photos must be taken in Cook County.
3. Farm Bureau reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it does not meet requirements, is of poor quality, or is deemed inappropriate.
4. Manipulation of digital images is subject to the following restrictions: image elements may not be altered including removing or replacing aspects of the original scene, or by combining elements from different images.
5. Only enhancements of the original file, such as lightening, darkening or color correcting, are allowed.
6. Winning entries will be announced in the July Co-Operator.
Submission Guidelines:
1. Photos must be taken in Cook County.
2. Contest entries must include an entry form for each entry.
3. Contest participants agree entries may be published in Farm Bureau publications, social media, and website.
4. All entries will be retained by Farm Bureau and cannot be returned.
5. Entries must be submitted between April 1 and June 1.
6. Entries must be sent electronically to [email protected].
Winning photos will be used on Facebook and in the Co-Operator.
