4th Grade In-School Field Trips

Cook County Farm Bureau's Ag-in-the-Classroom program offers a FREE 1-hour presentation to individual's 4th grade classrooms in Cook County. During the 2010-2011 school year, 21,534 students received our presentation.

Presentations Include:
A definition of Agriculture

Food and fiber industry facts

Nutrition - product placements & label reading

A discussion on agricultural careers
A group activity
