Pat Horcher has been a member of the Cook County Farm Bureau® Board of Directors since 1994. Horcher has been a County Farm Bureau Certified Director since February 2023. He and his family own Horcher’s Country Flowers in Wheeling where they grow annuals and perennials in greenhouses and on the family homestead. In addition to Farm Bureau leadership, Horcher is the Wheeling Village President. Horcher is the Vice-Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee, a Governance Committee member of the Political Action Committee, and serves as an ACTIVATOR Trustee. He and his wife, Stacey, have two adult children.
