On September 13 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Ralph Martire will offer an overview of the state’s financial situation before engaging attendees in a conversation about avenues to improve the fiscal picture.
The discussion is scheduled for September 13 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Cook County Farm Bureau office, 6438 Joliet Road, Countryside.
The Center for Tax and Budget Accountability was formed in 2000 to be a bipartisan, nonprofit research, and advocacy think tank that works across ideological lines to promote social and economic justice for everyone, from traditionally disadvantaged populations to the middle-class.
